Crystals, Energy, and Chakras OH MY!

By now you’ve seen postings and information everywhere about crystals, energy, and chakras. Here’s a quick breakdown or how it’s all connected. 

On a scientific note, everything is energy. In the realm of physics, energy is a property of matter. It can be transferred between objects and converted in form. On a more universal note, as with everything else in the universe, we all have our own individualized vibe or “frequency”. So, what is the human connection? Well, humans with raised vibrations emit kindness, love, peace, and compassion, while individuals with low frequencies transmit feelings like jealousy, anxiety, anger, or fear.  

Grounding with a stable energy source can help raise one's frequency. This can be done by becoming acquainted to the earth's natural elements like the grass, rooted trees, sand and water – and yes even crystals!

Gemstones have stable/fixed frequencies due to their geometric make up. Since their energy is a constant wave repetition of unchanging patterns (which by the way are total opposite of -- mostly unpredictable humans) when we connect to stable and fixed vibrations our bodies become more aligned and balanced, which in return helps us live a more fulfilled, healthy and happy life.
