Palo Santo

Palo Santo is a sacred wood often used to keep energies neutralized and clear. It is also an excellent preface to meditation, facilitating a deeper connection to Source.

How to use:

Ensure the space for use is well ventilated.

Light the tip of the Palo Santo stick and leave lit for about 20 seconds until fire has permeated the wood. Blow out and smudge space to neutralize energy.

Re-light and use as necessary. 

Understanding its origin is an important part of using this sacred wood.  If you’re not sure where/how your palo santo was obtained, it could be from a smaller population where improper harvesting could erase its regional existence. 

Take some time to do some research on the originating source to ensure that you are harvesting good energy.
